In creating a management plan that includes both the needs of the manatee and the desires of the public, the Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge must necessarily gather together a great deal of information. This project was intended to find out more about the people who use Kings Bay, to discaver what they know about the manatee and to d i i e r how well they understand the protection measures as they exist today (Document has 104 pages.)
